Phoenix HQI Spec'd?

    Anyone here know if a Phoenix 14000K SE bulb is HQI spec'd. I know it will run on either standard 250 electrical ballast, or an HQI ballast, but is one better? I've heard that the internal bulb is the same as the DE version, which of course is HQI spec'd. So, this would suggest that the bulb would actually run better on an HQI ballast, but would like to find out for sure.

    It is the Exact same bulb ad the DE packaged in a mogul.
