    OK people, i've picked four coral in my tank and over the next few months im going to post pics of their growth:

    Corals chosen: Montipora (plating) Montipora Confusa, birds nest and montipora Digitata

    you will notice in june a lack of PE but im working on this - you should also notice a lack of algae in june too!

    june - not much growth other then the xenia, but the colour is looking better

    Thanks man, i just need to work on this PE problem, i've had some advice from inwall so im working on it, hopefully july shots will have good PE!

    That's some good growth. Especially on the confusa! It'll be cool to watch em grow from month to month. :)


    Tip: Don't include a Big Grab bag of Doritos Second Degree Burn in the your first meal of the morning.

    cheers fella, thats a little cryptic lol, care to explain?!

    Id like to add aswell, if anyone else has any suggestions about my PE then please feel free to offer them to me.

    Coral looks real healthy and vibrant. You are doing a great job. You may have posted a full tank shot before but how about another now?

    Thier hot! And don't agree with an empty stomach that has issues.

    Sorry I don't know enough about your system to suggest anything on the extension issue.

    nice growth shots Phoenix heights

    digis are a strange coral - I have 3 frags of them a red/purple, a blue, and a green

    the red/purple and the blue , have a full coat of polyps every day and all night
    the green one had a full coat for 3 or 4 days and since then only partial PE
    It was at same level in tank as the other 2 and thus flow and light where similar for all 3 pieces

    its still growing, just not showing the same degree / uniformity of PE that the other 2 are
