Depends on the gph(flow) that passes through the Fuval. I dont remember the recommended flow through the reactor, but they have to match. Luna

I use the dual reactor from bulkreefsupply. I use it to run carbon and ferric oxide, which I also got from BRS for real cheap. Some people don't like to use a dual reactor because of the different flow rates, but I love it and it is inexpensive and works great.

I use one of PM's reverse flow substrate reactors with ROWAphos.

Seems pretty inexpensive. Can you run carbon in these as well?

Should have read all the way through before I made my last post. This seems like a great setup and a way to get rid of the bags of phosban and carbon I put in my tank - this is much more effective. Do you have the reactor plumbed into your sump? I dig the dual one on bulk reef supply.
