So I am about to install my PhosBan 150 in the next few days. I would like to modify this unit to run both Carbon and PhosBan or GFO. I understand carbon doesn't last as long but I am very limited to space.

I have already ordered extra sponges (2), but I was wondering if I needed anything else before I start my project.

    Current supplies:
    PhosBan 150 Reactor
    70gph Pico Pump
    Extra O Ring
    2 Extra Circle Sponges
    PhosBan Media
    Lignite Carbon - Small Particle

    Thanks in advance!

That should be everything you need. Split the two medias with the filter sponge and you are good to go.

Look at your system my friend, complex DIY LEDs, automated dosing, controller, lightning storms, now a phosban reactor, ect... You like to over complicate things, its a simple solution to your reactor situation. ::) :p
