Well santa brought my 2 Little Fishes 150 Phosban Reactor.

The question I have is has anyone used half phosban and half carbon in the same reactor before? Or would it be better to just use phosban and keep the carbon in the canister filter. I guess that Carbon needs changed every 2 weeks and phosban can go for 2-4 months so.....mabey I am awnsering my own question?

    Any Ideas?

Man! I am jealous! Wish I had cash to get my hands on one of those! The reactor was made as a reactor for phosban media. Takes out phosphates and spreads the water evenly throughout the media. But, it can be used to host any type of media and help take out more than just phosphates. Two little phishies actually encourages using it with mixed media. And to answer your question, yes, you can add as much media as possible. Carbon, nitrate sponge, amm sponge, phosban, etc.
