phosban reactor?

okay i didnt know where to put this but. i was reaserching this phosban reactor so what pump and other supplies would you need? thanks!

I run mine off a MJ1200...works fine.

 

in sump or out of sump? i was thinking out?

 

ohh and could you hook that up to a hydor power head?

 

A hydor koralia? no. You need something that you can attach 1/2"OD vinyl tubing. and something that puts out about 200gph...or enough to make the media "tumble". I have mine hanging on the side of my sump.

 

I have a mj 400 on mine... mj1200 is a bit much on the flow side....

you dont wanna put too much pressure with flow on the tubing connections

Top of the line media for your reactor

 

I "T'd" mine off my sump pump as it has more than plenty of flow to spare. I then created a little home depot hang on tank piece as well.

You only want like 60-100 GPH so any small powerhead will work. I use the MJ400's myself and they work great.
