I am looking into getting a reactor(s) for my reef tank and was wanting one for carbon and one for phosphate removal but am now stuck on if I should get two or run both in the same reactor? Any thoughts on this? What are the pros and cons of each? Any reactor I should stay away from?

Does carbon need to be ran at a higher flow than the phosphate remover?

it can be done. you need to put the carbon in the bottom between 2 sponges and make sure it doesn't tumble too much. GFO in the top needs to be moving so you will need 3 sponges in the reactor, the bottom 2 sandwiching the carbon.

I run the dual reactor from bulk reef supply. Works great. Great price for what you get.
