Phosphate reactor

I think I have a phosphate problem as I have a major algae problem but I don't have a phosphate test kit.
anyways, i was looking at phosphate reactors and saw this on ebay.
is this a good deal and should it help with my problems.

If it comes with everything it shows (media, pump etc.) that is almost too good to be true. I use this one; ViaAqua Poly-Reactor Multi-Media Reactor

 

get it.. I have one and love it.. when youre not running phosban you can run carbon..

 

Why does shipping always have to be like 50 bucks to Canada. Ridiculous. I call their money making shananigans.

 

To answer this would simply upset to many people . But having shipped more then a few packages up there I can tell you that the only ones making money are north of the border .. But Hey on a bright note you have a free medical system and save ton of $$$$$$$ on insurance
