    How to you get rid of phosphates? you know, the ones that trigger the massive algae blooms!?!?!

    A by product of waste.....So, as MHR stated. You can also use something called phosphat-E. Very good product. Until my fuge gets up and running full speed, I am using that.

    Hmmm. I just googled it and the first 20 hits were all the right stuff. I use it as well, its good stuff.
    You can try searching Brightwell Aquatics. That's the company that makes it.
