I would put a clean piece of ceramic pot were they laid there eggs. so next time you can lift them out and QT them.

Good luck and keep us posted

    Nautilus,

Congrats on being a newe grandfather that is a fabulous testimony to your animal husbandry skills as well as the quality of your tank environment. Goood photos!

    Uber,

As clown fish are hermaphroditic, it is always the larger of the pair that morphs into the female. If you already have a Maroon, get a smaller one. There is no guarantee that your current Maroon will allow the new kid on the block anywhere near its BTA and may be very aggressive toward it.

The best thing is to either get a mated pair, very expensive but a sure thing, or two juveniles and let them grow up together and develop the male - female roles as they grow. HTH

Well If I had known they were going to do this I would have had another tank setup. They love the Hammer coral for some reason. I have a annenomie (sp) but only for about a month. Traded 50 Green Severums for it.
Yes I breed fresh water fish. but really on the down scale.

    Thanks guys-Gals

I really did not do anything special but I have heard that clown are the easiest swf to spawn. I was just lucky I guess.
