I went to LFS and got everything I needed for my 12 gal. I was very disapointed I couldn't get the acan I had been eyeing, but I do want the GHA gone before I put my coral in there.

BUT I forgot about my 6 gal! ;) So I got CoralX dip and bought my acan. He is nice and happy in my 6 until my 12 is 100% better. I dipped him and put him in the tank. He opened up about 1/2 hour after I put him in there. Here's a pic. It has about 10 heads and I paid 25$. It looks a little red, but it tis bright orange. Don't know why my camera shows it this color. The daylights are on, but it looks bluish.

What does the dip do for the coral.

I use to fresh water dip, but I was only buying mushrooms and softies. After doing more research on some different type of coral, I think I am going to switch to CoralX (although it smells like something I would clean my floor with)

Thanks everyone. I like the color. I haven't had an orange coral yet.:)

when this gets bigger, will the individual heads get bigger, or will it just grow more heads, or both? I like the really big head on top, but wasn't sure if the smaller ones would get bigger.

Possibly both. Looks nice, and good price, too. K+ for using Coral Rx!
