Good to hear! I have had to trade quite a few dinners/purses/shoes/perfume/etc for my reef addiction as well, lol. Its a fair trade ;)
I would just go with brocolli or romaine lettuce instead of the packaged seaweed strips in the future. They are every bit as nutritional and will save you money in the long run. And just give the damsel and the tang time, they will work it out. My YT went after my hippo for a day or so till they worked it out, now everyone is fine

I'm considering getting a hippo for my 90, but I don't think i'll be able to part with it in a few years when it outgrows the tank.

I have a hippo now that I brought in a lot of 200 baby hippo's in 1999 they were all 2.50 ea and about thumb size they all spent their first yr in a 55 .. sold them off I kept one he went into a 125 then a 750 due to problems beyond my control from a auto wreck and bed ridden for several yrs I had to sell the 750 off and kept the hippo in a 125 now at almost 10 yrs old its in a 180 and a whopping 5 inches long and It would be fine in a 75 to 90 no problem . I guess he never had any of the super growth foods ? The sail fin in the 180 is older and about 3" in length and diameter. The powder blue and the convict now in the tank for 2 yrs have not grown so that you could tell it .. Thats my fish tale of the big one that did not get away.

Is there a way to take away karma? How dare you post this with no pics!

I second the " my favorite fish".

Congrats... I get my seaweed at Whole foods. They have different types there for pennies compared to the expensive trade stuff.

I wouldn't make broccoli or romaine(especially romaine) the main source of it's green foods. While broccoli is close, it isn't the same. The fat content would be the issue between 100% dried seaweed. And romaine lettuce doesn't compare at all.
