Picked up a few pieces at my lfs!!

I went over the weekend and picked up a few things at my lfs. Thought I would finally post some pics of my tank I picked up a sun coral (it hasn't came out yet but it's only been a few days), something that the guy at my lfs called a flower pot, and a green and purple yuma that had a sprout next to it . Let me know what you guys think

 

its looking AWESOME!!!! im going to pick up a sun coral myself next week ( since my lfs sold the one he had when i went)

Same thing happened to me. The guy at my lfs sold it on me so I had to wait a few weeks.

Looks like some nice coral, the "flower pot" looks to me like an Alveopora. You might want to look into it a little bit because, while they seem to be easier than their relative Goniopora, they still can be tricky. You might want to feed it, or at least try and feed it.

 

Are you serious?? Try to feed it what?? Mysis shrimp??

you van try mysis if you want. the mouths are gonna be pretty small though. you can find something easily enough though. no worrys!!!

 

i agree it will need to be fed 2-3 times a week. i would try cyclopeeze. and marine snow
