So im going to take my current reef tank and turn it into a sump because Im picking up a much larger tank the guy said its a 150gallon but the dementoins measure out to about 205gal cause it a custom tank. So with my 75gal and a 205gal DT i should have about 280gals total. Now here is the question what skimmer could i set in my 75gal its 48"x18"x21" so im sure its to tall to set something on the bottom and where would the baffles go? Thanks in advance for any info ;D will post pictures of my new tank tonight.

What type of sump are you trying to run? What filtration? Fuge? Skimmer, reactors, bio pellets, etc.?

A fuge with a skimmer (dont know what size yet looking at the reef octopus 8), I would like to get my BRS dual reactors off my DT thats hanging there now and into my sump/fuge. The reactor runs carbon and bio pellets. I have my other 24" T5 that hasnt sold yet so i might use that as a fuge light. Return pump i think a Mag12 should be large enough.

Well with that configuration, it should be a straight forward design. Tee off your drain line(s) with a ball valve on the fuge side for very slow flow. Your main drain line goes into skimmer chamber. Bio pellet/carbon reactor intake in skimmer chamber close to drain line, output directed at skimmer intake. Place baffles after the skimmer section, flowing into the return section. The fuge section will be the last section, flowing into the return as well.

Drain into skimmer --->baffles--->return<---fuge<---drain into fuge

Just letting you know, your biopellets will eventually win out over your fuge, starving it of nutrients and might make it obsolete. Not saying don't do it, but might want to rethink your plans.

Aquamaxx might be a skimmer line worth your while to consider.
