Got alot done today. I lack a piece about 8" long because I was told the outlet on the tub was 1 1/2" but it was 1 1/4 so I didnt have the fitting. Now ive decided that ill completely replace that fitting and put in a 2" bulkhead. I have a few here so it wont be an issue, just gotta find a 3" hole saw as the only one I have is going back to glass holes cause I am returning the Dart overflow kit I bought. So, here are the photos.

The block pilars you see are 2 of the three support towers I build to relieve stress off the floors of the house.

Notice the backflow valve in the pipe. this way I dont have to deal with a siphon on the tank.

the blue pump (gen-x pcx 40) is stricltly for the skimmer.I will likely put a union in line just before the skimmer to make it a bit easier to take apart. the way the plumbing is designed, you can remove one or the other pumps without having to shut down the other.

well folks, it is wet. for the most part at least. the tank has just enough water in it to not go over the overflows. the closed loop is running with Zero leaks. the sump is full of the rock and water so it should make for a quick cycle as it is 50/50 live rock / former live rock. I got really lucky with the house layout getting it to work. I have maybe 15-18 foot of total run and it is easy to access. the crawl access is a good distance away, so it was a PITA to get all those blocks under there. I moved 3 at a time on a furnature dolly. that was 5 trips back and forth. I was worn out afterwards.

A lot of hard work has really paid off. The setup looks great! Cain't wait to see some life in that tank.

That looks really, really scary with that one column (on the right) leaning over like that. Any intentions to level it? Probably doesn't matter with the other column on the same beam behind it.
