Pico lighting?

Alright guys time for me to start a pico I have been thinking about doing one for quite some time now but i have a question or too about the setup i am planning on using

real question is about the lighting. What kind of coral lis this lighting suitable for? thanks

In that tank you will be able to keep whatever coral you like.

 

That tank is sweet i think i might have to pick one up !!!!

 

Agreed - that lighting is def. sufficient for a TON of corals.

For suggestions on what would be hardy/pretty in there? I would say as follows:


Easiest/Hardiest
Ricordia
Mushrooms (Yuma or Florida Ricordia INCLUDED)
Leathers

Medium/Somewhat Hardy - you would need to be way up on maintenance.
MOST LPS to mention some:
Frogspawn
Welso
Trachy
Scoly
Favia

Hardest/Not recommended for the size setup due to water quality issues - again - unless you have a larger tank system or bottomless pockets and endless time as you would need daily(at least) water changes to keep up water quality with these corals:

ALL SPS
others will add more here . . .

 

LOL, I was going to last night when I first saw this post. was Gonna be my Dwarf Seahorse tank me thinks, or a all Zoa tank. but then I checked a little further and the light is not LED its a compact Fluorescent light. So I think I will wait a bit.
