First off, my gorgonian from reefcleaners.org I got in on wednesday. I epoxied it to another small piece or live rock. I'm starting to see decent polyp extension and I got a great pic!
My last two guy came from a dude in my hometown that actually gets in cool corals. He has great zoa frags and acans and all sorts of montis and neat stuff. Totally pro since he know what a cool coral is (i dont see a whole lot of must haves from my other LFS)
One is a half green zoa half ?horizon? morph with about 4-5 polyps a piece. It was tough to get a shot of the green guys but they are lime green through and through. The other is a watermellon zoa colony with about 20-30 polyps (sorry about the pic only one is open but you get the idea!!!)
Not bad at 10 bucks a frag for the zoas and a free whip thats looking great eh?
Now immagine is I had just my actinics on lol

2nd/3rd pics is the same zoas from my fire & ice zoas. thats fire.
4th pic is eagle eyes. (the only polyp open in that pic.)

I would try to use tweezers to remove that green hair algae from those frags before it gets out of hand.. do it at night when polyps are in.

Nice looking corals, good luck with the gorg i got one from John and have kept it going for a month. It seems to be photosynthetic some as the polyps tend to close at night. It seems to feed somewhat like and SPS.
