hope you guys like the tank. i'll keep you posted on the progress. by the way, i've got the voltains eating the frozen cubes! the only one who has to be fed by tongs, with frozen krill, is the fu man chu. finiky little bastard.
no live food will be given to these fish.

just kinda kidding, but i caught a lot of flack for this tank. most people were saying they'd all die, because the tank was'nt ready for them all to be added, or that they'd all kill each other, because they were not compatible.

i don't think anyone ment they would all die.i can't tell how big the tank is but i know lionfish are dirty.as in they poo alot and are messy eaters so you may have to change the water more often.they should get along.the volitan will get pretty big.in a small tank the body won't get as big but the spines will still grow.one thing to watch for is that the trigger is known for nipping at lionfish spines.in a big enough tank none of these things may happen.i love lions and i'm glad your feeding them frozen food.if you don't switch foods and give them fariety they will get cloudy eyes till you vary their diet.feeding goldfish will cause that real fast but your doing it right.mine liked krill the most and it ate frozen cubes of anything that i gave it.my skimmer shut off and it jumped out and died when the water got too dirty.most reef keepers keep small harmless fish that can't harm anything or make much waste cause of their expensive corals they have mean more to them so thats why they will steer you away from taking any chances on suspect fish.after past problems i've turned into somewhat of a chicken.i have one whitetailed dwarf angel, one green chromi, and one clarkii clown in a 55 gallon reef with a 29 gallon sump.i like low maintenance.
