Thought I'd post some pictures of my inhabitants as I haven't done so since I setup my new tank. ;D

    Very, Very, Nice.
OK. How do you get such nice clear pics and yet be able to post them within the size limitation.
I have a great 8giga pixel camera but the file size is always too big so I have to use 2giga pixel and shrink and it ends-up looking grainy.

Thanks for all your great comments, it's nice when the tank is running well unlike my last one which I struggled with for a while!! I haven't yet managed to get a nice full picture of the tank but I'm working on it.

The images in their original state are around the 3MB mark, what I do with the pictures is resize them to around the 800pixels size, then save them as jpeg. The size of the pictures are then around 500-600k which is a good size for some photo sharing web sites. To get them on 3reef I reduce the size a bit more and there is also an option to reduce the quality (which isnt really noticable) - I use Paint.NET cause its free! That's it really!

Photobucket.com will take any size pic. --- which you can then easily link to from 3Reef. --- No need for resizing and you have good record of original.
