I'm thinking about changing my tank to have a rockscape with 2 islands

Or get more rocks and do a giant rock wall lol I haven't decided if you have pics please share

Also how do you get the rocks to stay in the islands do you epoxy?

Sorry dont have a pic to show at the moment, but I used epoxy to make an arch to combine the tiny islands once. Id keep the epoxy usage minimal, in case of change of heart :)
I thinks its a lot easier to have smaller pieces combined other than huge one as well.

Here is a pic of mine. It was dry stacked and I didn't use any epoxy. I hope this helps. I later removed the arch. I might add it back.

This is a bit older now, some things have changed but it's basically the same structure.

That rock in the middle the bubble is on - I didn't have that to begin with and they were separate but it was the only rock I could get that bubble to sit in snugly so I put it in connecting the two islands.

They are probably more accurately described as two separate walls really - stupid 55 is so narrow.

Nope. I stacked the islands first then added the sand.
