I see #4 fine and like #3 for the clarity as well.

 

Well all 4 are in focus(fish's head).

I vote #3 as best. It is more of a straight-on shot, but I like that aspect. It makes you look into the photo. You are not just looking into a picture. You are looking into the fish' eye. The white blur in the background also adds to the contrast of the photo. It's nice.

#4 is good too. It has a deeper depth of field and a nice angle.

 

It totally depends on what you wanna show to the audience or what YOU wanna see. If you want to show some fish's eye, and eye only, the pic should be focused only on the eye, however if you want to show the figure of the whole fish, the fish body should be focused.

I personally like shallow depth pictures, meaning focused on something and the rest is blurred (bokeh).

You got a nice DSLR, just take take take and take pictures, choose what you like the most from them. That is gonna be a good picture.

#4 is my choice.

 

I like 3 as most of the fish is in focus. If you were looking as a picture as a whole then 4.

 

I see 4 now, which makes my choice #3, but I already voted #2 LOL. Sorry!
