I just bought a DSA 105 gallon aquarium, along with the plumbing kit... And I am plumbing-challenged. Here is the schematic. Can anyone give me advice on how they would make it better, or is it fine the way it is?

Looks good to me. Just make sure your adjustable return nozzle is at or near the surface of the water to reduce backflow in the event of a power outage.

Looks good! Before the move, my drain was 1 1/2" all the way through, which I found was plenty of room in case anything got inside and clogged it. I now have a 1" drain because I had to replace my plumbing but couldn't find the right size tubing. However, I'm going back to 1 1/2", since a smaller size tube worries me. Point being, make sure the drain pipe is big enough for your liking!

Don't drill those anti-siphon holes; that's a false sense of security. Do as Mr. Bill stated.

And I'd ditch those barbed fitting below the tank and use real PVC plumbing (and not vinyl tubing - that's what those barbs are for).

Good advice! Although I'd be happy if someone volunteers to drive to the Oregon Coast and lend a hand...

Port Orford. It's the westernmost tip of the continental US.

I would do some purple paisley with gold pen strips on the PVC. For the locline I'm thinking a diamond encrusted black/white zebra striped tube.
For the perforated tubing you will most definitely need Lime green furry with diamond dollar sign accents.
The bulkheads most certainly need to be gold lamé with a lavender accent.
