My Cultured Maxima Clam (1-2 inches) has been like this for like 2-3 days now,
    Wondering what could be wrong?

Clams consume phytoplankton, not zooplankton. That being said, there are some who argue that they don't need to eat and can survive on photosynthesis alone. If the clam is not attached, I would do a fresh water dip. If you decide to go that route, make sure that the dip water is the same ph and temperature as the tank water.

yes clams that size will need more supplemental feeding than a clam 5 or 6 inches. light alone will not support that size of clam. best of luck with it

There are people that claim the same thing about all sorts of corals, so I would take the "no-feed" advice with a grain of salt.

I feed like 2-3 times a week, Just because I have a feather duster :)
It's was lower in my tank once I seen it doing this I brought it all the way up the the highest point in my tank. If it's not better by tomorrow I might do a dip, Will that help? Also if it's fine can the dip stress it out & it die? 1 last thing is that it's cultured idk if that helps idk what it even means either lol I got it from RE

Your feeding phytoplankton or Mmarine Snow 2-3 times a week? I ask because Marine Snow is zooplankton, not phytoplankton. A dip may help if something is irritating it. I fresh water dip all clams before adding them to my tanks. Just because it's cultured doesn't mean that it will behave any different than a "wild" clam :)
