Pincushion Urchin

    My LFS had some purple short spine Pincushion urchins in and I saw one that really caught my eye. They had about 8 of them in and one was completely white. Some of them were mostly white with a little bit of purple on the tips of their spines. I watched him (the white one) for about 20 minutes to make sure he seemed to be moving good. I went to get some dinner near by with my girlfriend and I went back to the LFS and snagged him. I tried to shoot some pics of him but I don't know if they give him much justice at all.

    Yeah hes pretty sick, already cruising all over the tank and picking every empty snail shell up he can find. ;D

    Very cool. Is that a cake urchin? Are they pretty much the same as a tuxedo? I mean size and such.

    He looks a little bigger then a tuxedo. Hes about the size of a racket ball.
