Given my tank stocking list could I add a Pink Tail Trigger for my final fish?

That really sucks. I cant seem to find another cool fish to add without at least one of my current residents getting killed (Specifically clams, corals, and shrimp)

It could go either way depending on the individual trigger you end up with. Pink tails, blue jaw's cross hatches, sargassums, and nigers (the triggers with up-turned mouths) are supposedly more planktonic feeders meaning they prefer to eat out of the water column. but triggers are still . . . triggers, inverts are never 100% safe.

That said I have a pinktail on order for my 125 with a cleaner, coral banded, and peppermint shrimp. They can get pretty big, but i'm going up to a 180 in a couple months so thats not a concern for me. My first choice was a male bluethroat, but I had 2 die on me exactly 1 week after I got them, so next on the list is the pinktail.

They can get up to 14", might be a little tight in a stocked 18" wide reef.

I don't have any shrimp in my tank, but do have a pink tail. Any invert I add to the system I have to place in the sand bed or in the rock. If I just drop it in the Pink tail will eat it before it hits the sand.
I have also heard that they can become very aggressive and kill all fish in the tank. Mine has not been that way at all. I've added several smaller fish since getting my pink and all has been good.

I have a pink tail that is by far the most passive fish in my tank. No problems with inverts (I have peppermint shrimp and cleaner shrimp) and no problems with other tank mates. I even added about 20 dwarf snails the other day and she just watched them drift down to the sand.
