Hi all, got this pink stuff growing under one of my live rocks, done a web search and so far found nothing. There are two patches about half inch across, i was wondering if they were a type of soft coral. They have been growing steadily since the tank first started.

There are two saddle clowns, three turbo snails and two large hermits all the perameters are fine nitrite 0, nitrate 0.5 phosphate 0 sg 1.023. Little bit worried that the hermits may have a go at it. The tank has only been running now for five week's.

Should be harmless to them. I dont think they would consume it if it were bad for them.

I do hope so, i have posted a pic of one of the hermits on the invert forum and they said they could be zebra hermits i.e aggresive.
