    This is too funny. late last week i scratched my Cornea. I have been walking around for 3 days with an eyepatch to keep the light out of it. Here i was obsurving a holiday and did not even know it :)

    ninja's can't swim out to sea or fight giant sea monsters. nor do ninja's have buried treasure or talking birds. also, ninja's are very quiet and not nearly as entertaining conversationalists, me hearties. ;D

    AND in spite of not being able to swim, they purposely go out of their way to chose a career which is inextricably tied to the water. a pirate that can't swim is simply a more bad A pirate. it would be like a guy who is allergic to bees deciding to farm honey.

    As much as I like ninjas, Pirates have 1 big thing over them.

    Pirates have a ride at Disney, and they were so unruly that Disney had to tone them down for the Johnny Depp version.
