I have a yellow watchman goby that teamed up with my tiger pistol shrimp in a 65
is it possible that i could get another yellow watchman goby and another tiger pistol shrimp?
or are they gonna kill each other?

I don't think it is a good idea to have two gobys unless they are already paired up. Not sure on the pistol.

I agree, you can put another pistol in but unless it's paired with a watchman goby you will most likely rarely see it. You could maybe try another species of shrimp goby, I've heard of other people doing that and being successful, at least in the short term.
Honestly if it were me there are lots of other fish I would rather have than another shrimp goby/pistol pair, but that's just me. :)
