I got sick of having so much green coral in my tank so Im gunna start trying to add more pinks, blues and reds, I would like to add some yellow but I dont come across them very often. So I had to place an order at the divers den. nothing special but I like them.

thanks JJL and Corailline I love there color and how many branches they have. I just meant nothin special as in them being rare or something like that, other then that Im very excited about them, I havnt ordered anything from live aquaria befor so hopefully they are that colorful when they arrive. even though its wysiwyg, they still might brighten the picture up a bit. anybody have experience with ordering from the divers den?

lol ya its hard, for some reason I always get drawn to the green ones but then I stop myself when I realize I already have alot of green. oh and by the way, it was your thread on a good place to order corals that made me go to the live aquaria site where I found those

Ive never ordered coral befor so usually when I buy them from my lfs they are only in the bag for 5 minuts befor I start to acclimate them. how should I go about acclimating these when they arrive? since they will be in the bag for a long time during shipping I figure they will be very stressed out an I would like to acclimate them without causing any more stress. Thanks

When I ordered my zoas online I let them sit in the tank for 45 mins (in the bag)
Then I added about 1/2 cup of the water from the tank into the bag. I let them sit for another 15mins and then they were good to go. Honestly I do not know if this is the correct method, but it worked for me and my zoas! It will probably work for you too, but maybe others with more experiance with ordering SPS online will chime in ;)
