I guess I've always assumed my power heads were placed correctly. I just opened the box to a new head and was thumbing through the instruction booklet and I noticed that the deflectors were facing up toward the water surface. I always had mine hanging on the back and facing down. Now I keep one on the back and one near the bottom, all facing up. I like the motion this creates much better. Am I the only one who didn't know about this? Does everyone out there face their jets up?

I have no direction tube on mine at all....just pumps straight out, from back to front .......but only at night...on a timer...so my Xenia don't get blown over when they're extended....otherwise my return is running toward the right side all the time....

I guess it's what work fer ya!!! GL...
