Call a glass shop and tell them what you need. I believe that there may be an issue with trying to get the acrylic to stick. When I researched it, I decided on using glass that was cut by a professional shop. 4 baffles cost me around 50$.

Yes I did call there is a glass store right next to us. They did say they had acrylic, but from what i've read I may just do glass. I also bought some clear silicone at Lowes I plan to use as well.

I'm just thinking how I am going to get the tube of silicone in between the 1.5" baffles?

Start by doing the middle pane first, then work your way out. Technic I found for some added reach is to super glue to straight tubing onto the tip of the silicon tube like an extension.

    Air hose

Use a piece of air hose on your tube to get the inside of 1 1/2" area. You will be glad you went with glass:)

Just bought 3 pieces of 1/2" glass from the local glass store. Hopefully get them siliconed tonight! Will post pics of the build.

easy way i did was to do the middle pane first and then lay the bead down for the other pane and slowly push it into the silicone bead. then take a small spoon and reach in and smooth it out. worked out perfect.

You can take a plastic spoon and grind the tip and sides down on your driveway. Make it angled on the sides and a flat at the tip. Will go on quite nicely.

Here is the start of my Turf Scrubber. I'm going to silicone the baffles in tonight. Have to make another Lowes run for some connections for the pump. Anyone know where the two smaller foam peices for the Eshopps overflow box go?

Quick question. While my baffles are drying, I am going to be plumbing my inlet and return pipes. I have 1" PVC. My original idea was to run straight off the return to a ball valve then to the DT. But I got to thinking and I have a 55 gal DT, 29Gal sump tank with a Mag 7 return pump. I've read not to add back pressure to the pump, and with it being a decent flowing pump not to do that.

Should I place a T fitting from the return, ball valve, then a 90 elbow back into the beginning of the sump??

Actually its worse for the pump to do it that way. its better just to dial the pump down with a ballvalve. ill try to find the thread that explains it in more detail.
