I would say switch the clown with the damsel then probably wait a week or more before you add the blenny so it doesn't shock the system right away,
the shrimp and hermits should be fine because you are taking some out

I would leave the bi-color out of the equation.

i'm only getting the bi color if and only if i get a covering for my tank (not glass something with holes) and a skimer

right now i have a hob filter and that seames to do the job but if i get a skimmer it would be better and i can have 1 more fish

What will become a mated pair of clowns in a 10g tank is pushing the outer envelope in terms of stocking believe it or not. That is what I have in my 10g. I also have about 20dwarf ceriths, 5 florida ceriths, 1 turbo snail and a small crab. No corals yet. Corals don't add so much to the bioload......but that additional fish will put a strain on the oxygen availability. So two fish is enough IMO.

+1. I would really think your pushing it with the two clowns. I would go any more. As said, even if your params stay good, youll probably starve them of oxygen

Some sort of bubble maker? You could adjust the return from your HOB filter to make bubbles when it hits the surface of the water maybe? Add a pump to aimed towards the surface of the water to make some bubbles?
