Plants above tank?

    Is it okay to have plants above your tank? I know plants can carry parisites and bugs. I also know plants can have fertilizer on them even if I don't give it to them. I also know ONE of my plants has poisonous sap and leaves-so animals may not eat it.

    I would be spraying these plants with a mister a couple times a week, watering 1x a week. There are only like 3 small holes where fans used to be in my canopy...is it safe?

    I don't see why not as long as fertilized water doesn't drip into the tank from the soil.
