Hallo all, well im happy to day that after i took in the little purple plate coral with only 1/4 of its tissue still there (free :)) it is now starting to spread over the skeleton again, my question is: is it ok that its growing over sand that is in the ridges or the skeleton or should i try to blow those away?

Great!!!! I would carefully blow the coral to keep algae off the skeleton.
If the sand blows off as well that's OK but I don't think the sand will be a problem

If you have room between the algae and coral tissue I would try to clean it very carefully with a small toothbrush.
