    I dont think it is bryopsis. it is to soft and comes of the rock way to easy

    I am using UV lighting company bulbs, 4 x super actinic and 4 x actinic/white

    sweet same bulbs I'm getting to that really makes me feel better lol

    well upon further investigation of that bryopsis comment (reason why i am stil up at 3am....)You are correct :( i guess i was in denial. Time to start a game plan. If it starts getting way out of hand than you can be expecting the only reef tanks i will deal with will be at the shop. Maybe a nice 90 gallon FW tank will be in my near future.
    I can fit alot of cardinal tetras in a 90 gallon :)

    yeah as of now. I already removed that rock and it is cooking in bleach and a very little amount of water.... it but who knows what's behind the reef wall. :( I was use to seeing that more stringy type of bryopsis that feels kinda rough and very hard to pull from the rock. Did some reading and found out about MANY species of bryopsis!!! more species than i wished to know about!

    yeah i dont think it is the same..... i think i have Bryopsis corticulans :(
