    That does sound good but i would rather wait to spend that much money til the time comes to get that light. If i was going to put some soft corals into my tank for the time being woud 40 watts be enough. I was told 4 watts per gallon is this true??

    I was just saying for when the time comes. You have some waiting to do. Just don't start adding stuff in now that you will want to take out later. 40 watts should be fine for mushrooms ,zoas , kenya trees, pulsing xenias, some leathers. If you see it research it first before you buy. And with a tank that small, go for the COLORED stuff.::)

    well, the thing is you can go buy a PC light now for 100ish bucks after you buy bulbs, or you can spend a little more and not have to ever upgrade it again

    I'd say sloooooow way down if you want the tank to last .. until it's stable you pump more ligh into it you maybe fighting an algae war.
