    The essentials are feeding your algea too. You shouldnt have to dose that if your doing your water changes. The algae uses up the excess nutrient that your corals dont. IDK what corals you have but most corals need zooplankton. I know this is getting off topic but I have a little container that I defrost mysis and brine shrimp in then mix in zooplankton, kents filter feeder, kents coral accel, and some tank water. Mix it together then target feed. You get less algae and bigger corals. Just a little food for thought.

    My corals look healthier already....
