You may not like it but here is an option, you could do a fresh water dip on your zo's (that will eleminate all nudis) and then quarantine the zoanthids from your main tank. So the nudis that are left in the main tank with nothing to feed on are going to die starving and then you'll be able to put your zo's back in the your showtank.
    Good luck

Live rock, i would not do an Iodine dip if you have never done it before. Could be deadly to your coral.

What i would do is get a bucket of fresh water and a bucket of water from your tank. Just take your zoa's out and dip them in fresh water bucket for about 30 sec's tipping the rock around to that if there is anything on your zoa it will fall off and end up at the bottom of your bucket. Place that piece in the other bucket to store while you are doing this to each piece you have and remove a majority of this creatures. If you have a large enough qt tank then you go do this to everything in your tank to make sure you get all of them.

Good luck and keep at it the reward in the end is worth all the trouble we go through.

    Karma for your trouble.

It is going to be a very long process and not a lot of fun. But with the fresh water dip you will likely have to ensure each nudi is off the rock. It really the only way. Most nudis do not venture far from their food. So it is likely they are not on and rocks that are far from the Zoa. But to be sure I would dip and shack everything

    Good Luck

BTW. I would then iodine dip every Zoa frag or coral you get from now on, But I guess you've figured that out by now
