    Aiptasia, it's bad, kill it. Inject it with kalkwasser paste or joes juice or something.

    looks like and apitashia. they are no good, i assume there is more then just one in the tank.... you need to either use bergia (a nunibranch) or apitashia-x. they will cause problems with your corals

    No, they will break into tiny pieces and make new ones all over the tank.

    1. get a diabetic syringe
    2. get some kalkwasser and make some paste, or some purple up, (and there are other things people have used like lemonjuice)
    3. inject into the side of it

    OR

    buy some joes juice or aiptasia-x (I don't use either but i hear joe's juice is better), they both come with the syringe

    I have actualy had luck scrubbing them off of rock but you have to rinse them a lot when doing, so use some water change water when doing it.

    Definately aiptasia. We bought some LR covered in it. I have been dosing eash anemone with Aiptasia X and I am having great results. I also threw in some peppermint shrimp and a Kleins butterfly. Remember to turn off the powerheads when dosing.

    That thing is huge! Although I have seen them bigger! Get rid of it ASAP
