Please help me to ID these two algae!!!

I think I found the problem. I checked carefully and found the the collecting cup of my skimmer was so clogged up with gunk where the bubbles exit. I hope this will fix the problem for good since the skimmer was non-functional for a while.

I was quite puzzled by high phosphate load even with thriving mangroves and chaeto. I guess skimmer still shoulder the heavy load. I'm think to add some absorbents for phosphate. Can you guys recommend some?

Granulated ferric oxide has worked well for me. Best used in a reactor. A canister filter is a close second.
