How about salinity? What else is in the tank and how is everything else doing? Have you done anything or changed anything to your tank lately?

I'm sorry about your fish, but we do try to help, you seemed to have narrowed it down to cyanide, then ask if anything can be done, (which nothing can as far as i know of) and PGHSTEELER suggested to. I understand you're stressed about the fish, but clearly not much else can be done, and im not sure what else you're expecting.
All of your questions and all the possiblities have either been answered by you or other members.....Sorry if this comes across as mean everyone that could've has tried to help, and thats no way to reply. IMO

Nitrite cant be 15. Totally impossible. But you did narrow the fishes problem. Like Coraline said it has to be an internal parasite or like you said cyanide. I think if your nitrite was 15 ppm all the livestock would have been dead already. just my 2 cents.

Actually from everythign I have been told nitrTITEs are harmful to saltwater fish. Our fear of them coems from the FW hobby where they suffocate and kill fish. I do believe they are still harmful to corals and an overall indication ofpoor qater quality though. I do think maybe it was a typo and niTRITE is 0 and niTRATE is 15??

On the slim chance it may be an internal parasite, I would treat it with Prazi Pro.

I have no idea what you could do to save the fish
    which makes me sad
hence I followed the thread, but could not comment anything of value
I think a large number of the 92 people who viewed the thread are in the same position as me

we follow because we are interested
and we hope someone comes up with a solution to your problem

there are subjects I can contribute to on 3 reef
there are even more subjects that I consider myself a complete novice about

I enjoy learning, hence I open and read an awful lot of threads, that I cannot contribute any help on

I wish I knew the solution
hope it works out for you and the fish
