Please help me: I have been trying to finish my plumbing for 3 weeks now and haven't even started yet because I cannot find the right parts.

Quick info: 90 gallon pre-drill with mega flow kit, sump in stand.

Whats the problem?: Can't find Wye PVC or Barb that is the right size so i can slip my drain line one to skimmer one to fuge. I know it has been said that i can run the return line horizontally and put a t on the line. This is not idea because i would have to run a an extra 2 feet or so of drain line.

The drain bulk head that came with overflow kit is a barbed 1.25 fitting. I found a 1inx1inxin barb Y but it is to small for the 1.25 flex tubing.

First Idea: Could I run 1.25 flex tubing for a few inches off the bulk head then (if i can find one) 1.25 to 1in reducing adopter and just run a 1 in drain line? or would this hurt my drain flow to much or cause a possible flood in DT?

Does anyone else have any other suggestions?

I would get a reducer, should be able to find one at HD, Lowe's or online.

Thanks for the website. They did not have it listed but I sent them an email as they stated they may carry other parts not listed. I am keeping my fingers crossed.

3in10: you don't think I will run into any problems going from 1.25in to 1in drain line by using a reducer?

    Thanks!

I used a reducer on my glass-holes setup cause it came out of my tank with a 1.5 and i reduced it to a 1" and had 2 runs like that.
