    Never heard of that brand, it looks okay i guess. But, if it were me and i was going to spend that much i would buy something trusted...reef octopus, Vertex, deltec, etc....

    bubble magus are pretty good, and probably closer to you price range.

    That looks to be Vertex Alpha Kone. Great skimmer. Built by Bubble King with their famed Red Dragon pump. A bit more than
    Your price range but it will be worth the extra cash.
