Please help

the tank has been running for 2 years, i am trying to raise the ph slowly, it's winter here so i can't open the windows, thanks for your help

 

I had a clown get this, Id say its 90% water quality, how often are you doing your water changes? I had a 65 gallon when this happened and I did 20 gal water changes every week for about a month. And just made sure he was eating and it cleared up. Get your water tested completely, just the slightest thing could be off and causing this.

 

found out it wasn't the water it was ick, spots started to appear all over the foxface, and later my clown, and before i could get a cleaner shrimp or some medication it was too late. I deduced this as my puffer, coral banded shrimp, crabs, snails, corals, and anemonoes were showing no ill signs

 

so it died? sorry that sucks! FYI, a cleaner shrimp won't help with ich!

I'd read up on ich, as your puffer may come down with it! But read up on puffer specific ich treatments, i believe that they don't do well with a few of them!
