    Pearl bubble coral. Seems like it may be bleached, although they tend not to have the brilliant colors of a lot of other corals, and I've seen a few that are white.

    Mine is a washed out green, and has doubled in size indicating it's not in any trouble, just for reference.

    thanx guys.. i read that i should not keep it next to my other corals but do i put it on my live rock or in the sand? or does it even matter where he is?

    You can put it anywhere, really. The skeleton on mine was about 3 inches deep (plus the depth of the actual tissue, more like 5 inches then), so it's perfect as an anchor in the sand. The sweepers on them aren't that long, maybe 2 inches tops, so that much room around it and your other corals will be safe. That's added to the size when it's fully expanded, not the skeleton itself. I have mine on the sand, but it also did well near the top of the tank for a while. It seems they're pretty adaptable to lighting changes..
