    x2 on that.. you can start with actinics 10-12 hours and full lights 6-8hours.. if you notice algae blooms, start cutting back 1/2hr at a time per week until you dont get anymore algae outbreaks.. you'll have to find a sweet spot that works for you.

    I have PCs&t5's and use 9hours actinics and 7 hours full lights (day&actinics) ... if you cut back too much you'll notice your coral growth with slow down... Also running lights to long might affect your water temps too..
