My sump will be 36x12x16. Water drains with two returns to filter sock. In the same chumber is skimmer. Then bubble trap, then return section. On the left side is fuge. Water to the fuge should go from splitter on one of the drains, but it will be hard in my case since I have thouse 3 ft flex hoses. I know that will not be as efective but I might split one of the returns. Water from fuge drains over a baffle to return section. Two questions please help me with. First, baffle in the fuge should be like 1 inch taller then 1 and 3 in bubble trap, so the water from drain section won't flow to fuge right? Second that design give me steady the same water level in skimmer section? Please let me know. Thanks.

The bubble trap will keep you water steady in the skimmer section. You can use the same height baffle on the fuge side as the bubble trap baffles.

But then water from return section might flow to fuge. If it will be little higher then water will go always one direction from fuge to return. Am I right? Or maybe it does not matter.

The return section is normally kept a little below the baffle levels to keep the skimmer section steady and to provide room to prevent a flood from back flow when the power is cut.
