    Tank has been up and running for a little over a week and I am now getting some clear air bubbles on one of my live rocks. Here is a picture hope it helps.

    if their just air bubbles i think you should be fine, if you wipe them away do they come back?

    its the beginning of undisolved oxygen , and your tank is still cycling.
    that also is most likely a brown diatome algae.
    Turn your lights off while you tank is still in cycle , its too new at this point,
    you still have some die off im sure from the live rock.
    you'll just start an algea bloom from all the phosphats/nitrates/etc. with the lights on .
    let it get thrugh the cycle first and keep testing , you'll see those nitrates/etc.,
    bottom out in a short time.

    ^^ cant add much there, but it happened when i was cycling a tank that i recently put up.
