No food. No water changes. Still kicking! Pleco's rule! ;D
MIRAMAR BEACH — When employees from Contractor’s Choice and members of the Summer Lake Homeowners Association walked into accused murderer Dannie Baker’s vacant town house, they expected to find mold.
Instead, they were shocked to discover a fish had survived seven months without food or clean water.
The fish, which appears to be a plecostomus and blends in with the rocks in his large tank, was overlooked when lawmen entered Baker’s home to remove his other fish and birds after he was accused of killing two Chilean students and wounding three others at the town home complex in February. The fish almost was overlooked a second time because much of the water in its tank had evaporated and what was left was black with filth.

you know the funny thing is people here go throw them in the arkansas river when they outgrow the tank, I see them on the low water dams when catching shad and they get freaking huge
