I've ran into a couple problems and I'm not going to be able to use that flexible tubing that comes with the eshopps sumps so I'm going to make my sump intake PVC like my outtake. Should I have the pipe drop straight down or should I 45 it down hill at a slant into my sump. Also does anyone know do most home improvement stores sell 1 inch PVC bulkheads?

You should run it straight down then 45 degree angles to get the water into the sump. Try looking at a spa supply or pond supply store for the bulkhead.

So same idea of the return line, no 90s all 45s. Is there any reason I should try to figure out a way to be able to disconnect the piping or just glue it with no way to take it apart.

It is considered a good idea to be able to take the sump and it's plumbing from the tank so yes. Unless you don't mind cutting the pipe to remove the sump and then gluing it back together.

A ball valve and a true union coupler should be put inline from your tank drain and just before the return. Also, a true union is recommended on either side of your return pump to make it easy to replace or upgrade.

just put a union valve on both of the lines, so you can take the sump out if you ever need to.
